He had an old account that he had forgotten the password for.
He then changed his email and no longer had access to the account the was used to set up the log on. Instead of just asking us for help, he started a new log on. Later on, he finally did ask. So I changed his old account name to Sava, and deleted the newer Sava account. So yes, any posts he made as the old Sava show as "a guest", and no profile information is available.
