After some reductions and divisions, the average length in characters could be extracted. I don't know what we could make of attachments like photos and such though...
Probably yes, but who would take the time- It would still require several hours. 1-2.

    - even I wouldn't do that and I'm addicted to lists

The Coffee Shop alone has probably brought the average post length down to about four words. "I'll have a cherryade."

cause it might happen that in that 1 second noone else in the world is making a request to the server. and it's all yours for that second

                  1.132 seconds

                  this time

                  that is a bit slow

my average is under a second

but sometimes (not even when there are lots of people on apolyton) it takes much longer (2 or even 3 seconds)

This means one of 3 things:

                    1. You have done the computations as I prescribed (highly unlikely)

                    2. There is a special administrative tool in the BB which provides this statistic.

                    3. You are kidding us

This means that the average post is like this:

                    12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 12345678901234567890123456789012345678901234567890 123456789012345678901234567890123

                      unlikely indeed
since all the contents of the posts are in one database table, and i can easily find a) the total size of the table and b) the total number of posts.....
