I guess it helps a lot if the interviewer and interviewee (yes, I know that's not a word 
) know each other and can get along with each other fairly well...

I have played with both of them. Rah has his own ideas (pretty good ones), while Ming is good at cooperations. If playing 2 vs. 2 I'd like to team up with Ming.Originally posted by ColdWizard
