  • Editing Thread

I noticed that it does not tell you if someone edited their post in a thread

this can significantly change what is being said and so it is annoying whe what is being said is ignored because people do not realise you edited your post

therefore I suggest that the admins bump threads which have been edited

and until this occurs that people post in this thread when they edit a post (post the date of the post and the thread)

    I will go first

    are you crazy?

I edit all the time to correct spelling. Especially if it clouds the context of the statment. Earlier I corrected were and where.

sometimes I don't correct spelling mistakes though. Especially when the meaning is clear.

edit: i placed a smilie in

edited posts do show up, displaying who edited it and the time and date of the edit, except if the edit was made in less than 5 minutes after the original post

edit: wait a second, this is a Jon Miller thread! Delete it now!

Sorry, what exactly is the point of this thread??
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

                  It's a utility thread

                  whenever you edit a post

you put the thread and the original time of the thread in here

then if someone wants to see if any posts have been edited in any thread they have been in recently, they come here ot see that

unfortunately, only I use as it was meant to be
