• What happened to the Column?

I mean, it's been 2 months since the last column. I can understand how we went without during the christmas disasters, but things have been settled down for a month now.

so what gives?
Any man can be a Father, but it takes someone special to be a BEAST

I was just about to point out that Horsie is simply making excuses in advance for why he will suck at Civ III...

Perhaps MarkG is preparing something special for column no. 200 ...

I also miss the FACES OF APOLYTON - are they finito, or?

Then wasn't there talk about a MoO section at Apolyton besides the MoO-forums?

Are we buillding pressure on the admins?

The "Faces of Apolyton" are returning, as are the columns shortly. Full coverage for Master of Orion III is coming as well.

Markos and I are both full-time university students along with a part-time job and freelancing/community volunteer work responsibilities respectively. As you are also aware, we are also taking time on a regular basis to weigh options for more permanent hosting arrangements for the site (see the 'About' section for elaborated info on this front), all of these elements of which are draining on time and energy.

We thank you for your continued patience.

DanQ: Thx for the info

It is good to hear that you shall continue with the good parts.

The serverchange was a supprice to me - thx for pointing it out.
So of course you shall prioritice your work around here, I can quite well wait until your current problems are solved.

Btw. How big is the apolyton ww-site in MB or GB, whitout the database?
The database itself must be quite big also
- just curious

Just for the record, I'm still against covering MOO3 as a full section. What I want is a Civ 1 forum!

Why can't we have both?

Yes. Civ1 forum, that's what I've always wanted, (and maybe a Colonization forum as well).
