I think we need a community DL. The password shall be known by everyone and will be restricted from being changed.
I vote that DL be my infamous DL called Ass Clown.
It has been rendered unusable by some unruly moderator. I demand that the status be active again.
If everyone could use this DL, it would discourage people from creating other DL's. You can't tell me those 13,000 users are all original logins now.
