That is usually correct. As I've said before... In most cases, if you confess to a DL "BEFORE" it is caught... There is usually no penality. Again, it depends on the acts done with the DL.
We are usually "VERY" forgiving on ancient history DL's...
We just like to keep our records straight.

If you create a DL, and we catch it... you are toast.
If you have a DL already, and we catch it... you are toast.
If you create a DL "now", right after asking about it... you are two pieces of toast.

We have ways of catching DL's beyond IP's and emails...

how long will it take before "now" is over so I can legally start to make illegal dl's again and confess about them without being toasted ?
