You're close but slightly out. Head around towards Berkeley Place rather than Queen's Road for the carpark (It's the large building just on top of the word "Berkeley"). The pub is where Part Street hits Park Row- you can just make out a circle bang on the meeting point which is the top of the Wills Tower. The Berkeley is opposite.

Incidentally, I can assure everyone that Snapcase is nowhere near as mountainous as he appears in one of those shots above. While it looks like he's swallowed a spacehopper the reality is that he was just slumped in his seat and was caught at a horrible angle.
