subscribed Threads

I am subscirbed to some threads but I don't get any mails when they reply... I wonder how this come?!
I checked it and the threads has replies but no mail in my box...
I find this future very usefull but I saw that it isn't working that well
Could you do something about it?
Or inform me?

On high server load the send mail program taes some time off.

You get a warning when you reply to a thread and the mails can't be sent.
