I know what playa means. And I know what del means. But I'm not sure about carme. Now playa del carne would be funnier.
First thing I thought about when I saw my name was Playa del Carme was "chile con carne".

well I happen to think of meat beach as funny. Especially if you think of the american connotations of the word meat.

Those connotation are also there in Spanish.

But the correct form would be "Playa de la Carne".

The connaotation is probably there in all languages, given that it is there in English, American and Spanish

Strange connotation for carne to be feminine.

They do when you do that
Your last 10 or so Community/Apolyton posts (except your ignore list thread) has been some comment about how much people are spamming.

The content of this post is to be taken serious

                          1. I've never complained about high traffic

                          2. It is my right to complain about things I don't like

Imitation is the highest form of flattery, apparently.

                              Thread semi-unjack/help me, admins!

I just noticed that a guy called Iain Lindley is more interesting than I thought at first... However, he seems to have changed his login name here at Apolyton. So, does anybody know what his current login name, or e-mail address, is?

I've just been funposting a little lately

And Iain Lindley is *End Is Forever* now.

                                Edit: doh!
