I was browsing the Civ3-files forum, when I saw that OmniGod was listed as a moderator. When I checked his profile it said "ACS Civ III Files Database Manager".

So what does an ACS Civ III Files Database Manager do?
I guess that he moves files from the creation forum to the files forum. (Am I right?)

And when was he installed?
