Where did the Civ3 suggestion topics go?

I was trying to find the Essential Civ3 list and realized that the Civ3: The List of Ideas for Firaxis forum doesn't seem to be accessible anymore. Where are the EC3 and TheList?

Civ3: The List of Ideas for Firaxis forum was archived to speed up the database. There is currently no way to access it.

In that case, could we either have access to the archive, or could someone put more of the old suggestions compilations in the /civ3/suggestions/ area? I'm sure that some of us would like to see the Essential Civ list, for example. There were other useful pieces of information in that forum....we have access to an archive of an entire site (TFC3H Archvie). Can't we have access to our own forum archive?
