I was just wondering why I can't insert html codes in the signature!?! I would like to have a such code: <img src="http://web.icq.com/whitepages/online?icq=87239215&img=2"> in my signature, but I can't! Is there some special reason why not?

Did you ever see HelloKitty's signature at MtG'sFreeFireZone boards? It was a giant pink/yellow/blue banner that scrolled its way across the screen, with scrolling text, and a dropdown menu that changed more text inside the same banner to give all sorts of opinions on things. Generally it was an obscenely large, offensively attention-drawing and incredibly irritating, and possible because of allowing HTML code in signatures.
I would think its something to do with that, and the ability to the have HTML image tags which could be so easily misused.Concrete, Abstract, or Squoingy?

ok. I have never seen some which were annoying, but that explains it, it would defently be annoying to have a half-screen jpg/gif telling that he/she is online
And yeah, the speed...somehow I completely forgot to think about that. Thinking about how slow it would be if everybody had such one in their signatureThis space is empty... or is it?
