Hey, alot of you guys are real jerks. You shouldn't be whining over not being able to post your unwitty remarks on the forums at lightning speed. You don't seem to realize that Dan Q and Markos VOLUNTEER their time and energy to maintain this site for unappreciative posters like you. I get mad when I see people criticizing the mods, because they really aren't doing it for their own enjoyment. Face the fact that this is a great site and those who run it deserve some respect and latitude in how they run it.

I agree..I've posted several topics in the last few months congratulating the Mods and Admin for their great site and hard work.

However...if Markos and Dan didn't want criticism and/or suggestions, then the Apolyton/Community forum might as well disappear...

But I was angry a little when yesterday I was not able to post anything because of the "number of guests "

No they don't get paid! You know all those ads you see? Those are ads mandated by Gamestats because that's how they pay for their server. Markos and Dan and everyone else who works for Apolyton are volunteers, they give up their time so that we can have a good fan website.

This is not the case today, nor has it ever been nor will it ever be. Markos, myself, and the rest of the Apolyton staff -- past and present -- have worked hard to build ACS to this point today in large part by listening to user input on an ongoing basis. If we hadn't, we wouldn't be having this discussion. Moreover, we are continuing to do so and will be doing so well into the future.

An update on the server issues etc. (now that we have something developing that we can additionally report on) should be posted sometime today (EST) in the "About" section of the site and the "Announcements" area.

Now that you are here, Dan, it is already quicker than it was 10 minutes ago... what secret medicine did you use?

change of the post minutes after hitting the submit button to no avail: no, it hasn't become faster... just a 3 seconds lasting coincidence

Oh, no doubt, but there is a difference between constructive input and general anger. I really don't think alot of people have any idea how much time you and Markos spend on this site.
