Improvements to the Javachat

Javachat seems to be better than previous versions but could still use some things to make it more full service.

1. A BELL to go off when text is typed...so people can lurk and come back when a new entrant enters
2. side chats.

I've seen both these feutures on the SCRABBLE chat window...

That stuff isn't possible using HTML.
