How do I get a message out to someone whose PM mailbox is full and the mail...

If it's full it's full.
Try ICQ or other I.M.

You could always send them a normal email... just click on the icon two to the left of the one you would use to send a private message ...

I tried that too, but the send mail program stops it.

You can always look at the profile of said user for the e-mail address, then send your message through your own e-mail client.

icq would work too, if both of you have it, as it delivers messages sent to an offline user when the user comes online
