Actually... the main forum menu now shows the OTF as a "closed forum". Yes, activity has been very high today (surprise... with the release of CivIII upon us)... It may be that they are trying whatever they can to stop all the "server busy" messages.
Hopefully, it is a temporary thing.Keep on Civin'
