"Don't support Apolyton!" etc.

It's your attempt at humor but most people have no clue what it's supposed to mean.

I thank everyone for their words of support. It has been a difficult month in this regard but I can assure you that I am leaving the Directorship on amicable terms with the GameStats ownership. Again, I am not prepared nor would it be professional to elaborate on the matter at this time or in this public venue. I am hopeful that GS will able to continue to move forward and achieve greater things.

I will be able to spend more time on Apolyton as a result of this move, but of course it will not be as much as I want to -- my schooling is continuing to take priority, but be assured that I am working on ACS as long and as frequently as time permits.

Surely you're studying Public Relations?

I'll go off-topic for a brief moment to respond to Asher's comment...

As a matter of fact , I'm in a B.A. (Hons.) program going for a Mass Communication/Law double major at Carleton University in Ottawa, Ontario. I'm in my second of four years (undergraduate) of study.

Daniel, I'm sorry to hear that you had to resign but look at your period at GS from the bright side: not only did you get to meet interesting people and kept good memories, you've also gained useful experiences for later life.

PS: I’m glad you’ll spend more time at poly, but please quit this formal talk. Apolyton is only a small, mostly non-commercial site and it makes you looks cold and aloof...

If you believe that it makes me look "cold and aloof", than that is your opinion and I will respect it. However, I do not share it. The "formal" way that I conduct myself is the way I have chosen to do so in everyday life and I can see no reason for me to abandon that demeanour here.

If you wish to comment further on this, please send me a PM.

Dan,

I agree. Please drop the overly formal demeanor. It's silly. Please don't act this way in real life, either.

Dan, all I’m saying is that alright to loosen up when you post here, because this your own site after all. (or that’s what over 3 years of propaganda have made me understand )
But if you’re happy with your conduct here, that’s fine by me too, because I certainly can’t complain about a lack of politeness.

Case closed?

IMHO Markos and Daniel complement each other quite nicely (why am I referring to everyone with their first names tonight?), as the other says all the things that need to be said and the other adds all the formality. They should start making their posts together, like Mark sending Dan his messages for a rewrite before posting them, and vice versa .
