          there is a change in this

          the script we had was poping 1 window for each session, e.g. if you didnt close your browser and revisited the page you wouldnt get the pop-up again.

          today we were able to found a different script which extends this period to two days. This means that regular visitors(whether they visit the main page or the civ3 page) will get the pop-up once every two days.
