MtG, I must protest your actions.

Specifically, you used the word "ScheiBsturm" which, as all of us German speakers know, means "****storm" in English - a moderator getting around the censors. Unacceptable. I'm very disappointed in you MtG.

Well, "****storm" just doesn't have the same poetic ring to it, now does it?

Except with respect to the bugs part - his implication is that "bugs" are more or less a user community invention to have something to whine about, and really nothing more than either user perception, or some unduplicable phenomena due to the user's oddball choices of hardware.

Not really. JM's point is that there are some posters that only live for bugs or something to go wrong (Yin is the main example here). Without that, they dissapear.

We have a Press Complaints Commitee. But when people make a complaint they have f*ck all power to do anything about it. Which probably explains the unchecked voraciousness of the British press.

Nah...reread the article. That's not his point. He realizes there are many kinds of bugs, some clearly so, and some questionable. He does think there are some rabble rousers who live for crusades like Yin...
