'On-topic' forum?

Because the off-topic seems to get the most posts, why don't we join all the other forums into a Civ3/CTP/CTP2/AC/MAC/COMMUNITY or 'on-topic' forum?

because when all the forums are split up like this, its easier to spam a little on each and raise your post count
