Unbanned Smilie Fixed

I've fixed the last frame of the unbanned smilie. I post this in a new thread as you (MarkG) seldom return to old threads after two days

This has an error in the right part of it in the last frame. That is fixed in the one I attach.

I've made a fixed version. Mark must replace the old one with it.
