How do I get a 131x82 3,300 byte jpg image to conform to the 65x65 pixel requirement for using as an avatar?

i think paint shop pro can do it ... i might have a paly this week and improve my own avatar /.. perhaps a nude Rasputin image j/kGM of MAFIA #40 ,#41, #43, #45,#47,#49-#51,#53-#58,#61,#68,#70, #71 -
Thanks Raz, but for now I only have stock windows 95 stuff including regular paint, and a really neat (at least I think so)
avatar which is yet a little too big.

Why don't you just attach the image to a post? I'm sure someone will transform it for you.Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards

In Photoshop I selected the background with the magic wand with 40% tolerance (or something, can't remember exactly) and deleted it. Then a quick check against both colors background it can appear in and optimising in Image Ready et voila...Within weeks they'll be re-opening the shipyards
