For registration dates I've seen several people mention that they have Jan 1970 as theirs, but I am seeing Dec 1969. For example, I have Dec. 1969 as my registration date. Is this a problem?

Time zone difference. Each person sets their timezone. The default start date has a hidden day time componet, something like January 1, 1970, 12:01 AM GMT, which when traslated to timezone westernly will flip to Dec 31, 1969, 11:01 PMGaius Mucius Scaevola Sinistra
