How do I stop the emails?

Every time someone replies to one of my posts, apolyton.net forums emails me telling me this. This is really annoying, seeing as my mailbox gets flooded with 20+ emails when I check it. Is there any way to stop this? I didn't seen an option in preferences.

Anyway:
Just change the option "Use 'Email Notification' by default?" in the options section of your control panel to No.

You can go to your control panel and it will give you a list of the threads you are subscribed to. Just click unsubscribe to each one and you will no longer receive e-mail updates. Also uncheck the automatically subscribe to posted threads option under control panel. I think a lot of people made this error at first. If only it was unchecked by default
