Is there a faq for this mess!!!!!!!!!!!

I just want to know what is going on. and what all this crap is for. exactly what changes have been made. tags? what are those?

my bad, it looked the same as the old faq. so I figured it was the old faq. hey my avatar is retroactive. figure that out. took me a while to figure out how to get it the right size . I'll think of something better later
