Alright, now this is really annoying. Any idea why?

There's nothing wrong with the monitor or resolution. Besides, I'm on a college computer at the moment and can't change the settings...
It's not like I can't see a tiny bit of the screen, it's like half and half... and I'm not on a huge resolution, just a normal one...Visit the Vote UK Discussion Forum!Comment

what's your resolution?

Hmm this might be IE4... college computers are backward despite being fast.
It's no lower than 800x600.
It's only the Forum Display that screws up, the threads and post reply screens are fine...
