in the end the whole thing lasted less than 3 hours, a lot less than other times and an amount of hours that other sites go down for no reason at all......

I agree with NC. It's not just the downtime, although a 3 hour downtime is long enough to jsutify notification. The main thing is the change management. Don't just pull surpirses on us like that. This site is too much a part of our lives.Comment
