  • Weird thread behaviour

I made 2 posts in the current word association thread, which is 3-pages long, but my posts appeared on the first page!!

    Right now it's a 92-post thread with 3 pages.

    The thread is:
    http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum23/HTML/022337.html

I've noticed that Infatuation made a post in that thread after me, and that too appeared on the first page.

Additionally, while there are really 3 pages in thst thread, when you view the first page, the links to the 2nd and 3rd pages do not show...

Note the times and dates of the last three posts on the first page of that thread...and compare them with the 2nd page posts.

Strange..I noticed this too. I wonder if posts have been deleted from the thread or something - I've seen this have funny effects before.

Probaly just the Apolyton Curse striking again. To the best of my knowledge, nobody has deleted any posts.

          So I closed it.
Feel free to start a new one.
Oh... and Infatuation, the rule is you must wait for 4 people to post, not one as you suggested in your the word disassociation thread you created this morning, and was deleted! We have enough spam type threads, a new category of "word disassociation" is just not going to happen!

Even at ACOL that didn't get that many posts either. People just can't think beyond the associations I guess. It's a lot harder than associacion that's for sure.
