This may have been discussed before, so forgive me if I'm rehashing an old topic, but...
I see quite a number of non-English speakers contributing to these forums. As a linguist and an English speaker who has lived abroad, and who is very aware of the difficulties of communicating in a language that's not your own, I just wonder whether French speakers have the possibility of discussing civ issues in French, German speakers in German, and so on. (After all, versions of civ have been published in these langs.) I know there's a Spanish civ site, and ACS has 'First Greek Civilization 2 site' in its title (where is the Greek, by the way??), but I wonder about other languages.
Would it be inappropriate to have French or German or other-language forums here at ACS? What do non-English speakers think about this?
