  • How do I go about getting a thread archived?

The Tales from the Monday Night diplo game thread really needs to be archived, since it's quite possibly one of the best diplo games played to date. I noticed that its not currently in the Archives. Is this done automatically, or by request? Help me out here Mark? Dan?

Thats the one Ming thanks! I've got the protocol down for next time......

We're nearing the games finale, so it's likely the continuation thread will also be requested to be archived......

    Once again gracias..

To make sure a thread is archived and not lost into the darkness of the night, just contact one of the mods of the forum (in the case of Civ, that would be me) or the admin. If we think the request is reasonable, we do it. The best way is a pm or email with the URL included. (make it as easy as possible on us, and you will have the most luck)

Usually, we would wait until the thread passes 150 and is closed, or until the thread drops out of sight, meaning there usually won't be anymore posts to it.

I hope this helps. I'll go look for the thread now!

OK, I did archive a thread... it is now in the Civ 2 Multiplayer Archive:
        http://apolyton.net/forums/Archives/...-2-001906.html

It was titled "tales from the monday night diplo front"

I hope this was the thread you were refering to.
And that's why you should ALWAYS provide a link. Just to make sure we get the right one, and to make it easier on us to find.

        Let me know!
