Well a long time ago he could post things that would get people all in an uproar, but now they just let him have it because he is somewhat felt sorry for. It's a gesture of sympathy. The new trolls have pretty much taken over. He just posts some of these now

to troll (verb) means to sort of drag a lure of some sort through the water, in an attempt to get a fish to bite. it's a fishing term. it's taken on the slang meaning of saying something that you know will provoke a certain person (or group of people) in order to get them upset.-connorkimbro
