          Why can't we have a tea room? I don't drink coffee. Why can't we have the Off Topic Bar. No one really drinks coffee in the Coffee Shop anyway.

              I vote to keep the Off-Topic name; perhaps change it to Random Chat... But Community forum sounds hacked and Town Center just sounds idiotic... Considering Civ doesn't have a town center (AoE does however...)
