I think that anyone who refers to a forum as being "Strong" or "Weak" and maintaining a communist environment in it and also getting so worked up over this should take a break (and/or visit a psychiatrist(kidding )Destruction is a lot easier than construction. The guy who operates a wrecking ball has a easier time than the architect who has to rebuild the house from the pieces.--- Immortal Wombat.

Chaos Warrior,
First, is it your position that a forum is better if ANYBODY AND EVERBODY SHOULD POST WHATEVER THEY WANT WHENEVER THEY WANT?

That would be consistant with his log on name, Chaos warrior. Perhaps there is some serious meaning in his handle.Gaius Mucius Scaevola Sinistra

Just for the record, and as ContradictioN seems to have asked for other posters opinion, I'd like to say that I browse regularly the Civ3 Forum and post there once in a while, and I've never had any complaint about Yin's moderation."An intellectual is a man who doesn't know how to park a bike"

I have the deepest respect for all of them, though I suspect they're all either insane or very kinky.

And which of those is Ming?
But your point is right. I've seen the pretty well troubled Sunday Mourning at CGN. He only wanted to help out, but he earned nothing but trouble... well, he HAD to take the OT modship..

Luckily I only moderate the CGN SMAC forums, which is quite easy going and people are pleasant. The only time I have locked threads is at the original posters request. Very nice environment if you visit...
I was offering to take the onerous task of OT moderation there, but it was never given to me. Didn't the admins trust me or something?Speaking of Erith:

</font>My congratulations, Yin 26, on your constructive thinking in starting that thread. Moderation of that quality encourages me to be a more regular visitor to the Civ3 forums.

Ha! Send that comment to MarkG and see what happens.
