    Point of clarification please:

Is EVC taking his medication or not taking his medication at the moment?

EVC, are you asking or expecting to be treated like a "normal" poster? or like EVC?

Lighten up kid. I'm sure Ming doesn't want a disaster waiting to happen, he has better issues than dealing with you lot flinging your handbags at one another and whinging to him. Frankly, I can't blame him...

Well, I'm with Evan on this one.

There is no longer, if there ever was, any ATTEMPT at a clear, consistent approach to moderation. Neither Ming nor Markos have given an answer better than "we can do whatever the hell we want" which is true but nonetheless reprehensible.

I find the deletion of threads, as opposed to locking, to be most offensive, and IMO should be used sparingly if at all.

I like good debates on controversial topics. If I have to go to ACOL for them, so be it.

And for the umpteenth time, if you are allowed to call someone a gay ****, why was Derek banned? Imran subsequently called Starchild a gay ****. Standards, please, all we ask is standards.

Ming just moved my very first thread for no reason that I can discern.

Is this guy on drugs? Or is the problem that he should be, but he keeps forgetting his pills?

Yes, deletion means no accountability. Posters can't judge for themselves whether a thread should have been closed or not.

No cherryfunk... EVC is the one that usually forgets to take his medication
Your thread was moved because it was asking a question about the forum. And all threads like that are moved to the Apolyton Forum. Yeah... a rule

And AH... oh never mind, as usual, you are just whining because one of your threads got deleted

Listen, Ming...if it wasn't for some of the more "colorful" characters here, it would be a dull forum indeed. Sometimes I think you get a little censorship happy. There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason...sometimes.
Take, for instance, the thread of AH's you just deleted...what gives? I think it was a valid question, personally.

All in all you do a fine job, but some days I think you should get your delete finger fitted for a jackboot.

Okay Ming, that makes sense to me now. I was confused for a minute there, that's all.

So listen, how lenient a moderator are you? Specifically with regards to flames and foul language?

For example, can I say "what sort of sh*t is that to pull?"

Don't get mad at me if that's over the limit, I'm just trying to get a sense for your style so we don't have any problems down the road

It's all a matter of opinion. And you are welcome to yours, just like I am
And VALID... well, I call it spam. He's just whining because I deleted one of his earlier spam threads...

                            Oh, and cherryfunk

                              Ok, pops...you win, as usual.
I know when I can and can't fight The Man...
but some of this stuff is pretty harmless, generally.
You just don't seem to give it enough of a chance.
But now that I'm a pending parent, I think I'll take the Ming philosophy route...Mini Sneak will be locked in his/her room for 18 years, JUST IN CASE something bad might happen.
