Question about couple lines in the Apolyton FAQ

How do we track the number of times someone's been banned? Maybe we need an FAQ?!

I have been banned about 5 or 6 times. I'm still posting, although some of my DLs have been permabanned

I believe RainbowJDS was permabanned based on this rule. He was an irritating feck.

Since we're brining up the FAQ again, I might mention that Brian Reynolds is still the Civ3 Designer... I haven't mentioned it in awhile, but the FAQ was due to expire yesterday (and perhaps be updated today?) according to the announcements thing...
