Can't Post New Thread!

Stupid UBB is telling me I can only post one thread every eight hours... but I haven't posted one since my record thread yesterday. Can anyone help me?

You can't post more than one thread every eight hours Why is this? I don't start too many topics but what if i have two great ones at the same time. I feel like my creative side is being strangled

And to think that six months ago, MarkG said he would change it to 3/24 hours, and that the necessary code to do so has been sitting in the Freeciv forum all that time.
