I don't think the site is dying. The Civ 2 forums - my main interest - are quieter by the day. Bound to happen after the period of time the game has been on the market. I expect Civ 3, if and when it ever appears, will bring about another explosion of activity.

Yeah, I think we have been having a bit of a rennaissance in terms of the amount of 'new blood' around here. I have noticed a lot of new posters in the OT who are not double logins. I don't think I have seen an influx like this in quite a while, maybe never...Speaking of Erith:

I can bet that more than half of those 500 are because of the release of Call to Power 2. I've noticed tons of them on the CTP2 forums.
MarkG did an awesome job previewing the game, so much so that Activision linked to it from their site!
