    Under Netscape, when you click the "submit" button, the button disables itself while the post is being sent. With Internet Exploder, this doesn't happen. Instead, multiple clicks means multiple posts.

      <center><table width=80%><tr><td><font color=000080 face="Verdana" size=2><font size="1">quote:
      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1>
      </font>If you're on Windows, I believe an hourglass should appear next to your cursor (even briefly) if you've activated the submit feature, whereas if you missed the submit button you wouldn't see an hourglass.
      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>
      But if you're looking away at the moment of clicking (yes, I know it sounds trivial) like I mostly am (am reading the post for errors to edit), then you miss the hourglass.

      <center><table width=80%><tr><td><font color=000080 face="Verdana" size=2><font size="1">quote:
      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1>
      </font>the little blue progress bar doesn't show up and the stupid M$ icon in the corner doesn't rotate (btw i use IE 5)
      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>Exactly.

      <center><table width=80%><tr><td><font color=000080 face="Verdana" size=2><font size="1">quote:

      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>On Windoze, Netscape is the "Exploder".

      <center><table width=80%><tr><td><font color=000080 face="Verdana" size=2><font size="1">quote:
      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1>
      </font>Go to File and select "new". Open a second Navigator Window
      <img src="/images/blue1.gif" width=100% height=1></font></td></tr></table></center>I do this, and it mostly works, but I think once it showed up as not having posted the post, so I posted a 2nd time, but then that orig post surfaced later (I think the surver was slow). But this sort of thing still can't be fixed by my orig suggestion.
