The "3 topics per day" fix in yet?

Well, as the title says. Didn't MtG or somebody promise to code that?

As it turns out, the time I wanted to post my 3 topics in one evening has come for the first time in ages, but it's too late now because I posted a topic which has prohibited me from posting anymore tonight. So I guess I'll have to strectch this out over some time. Sigh.

And oh yes, if you post at 1:00 PM, and then try and post again at 5:00 PM, can you next post at 9:01PM or 1:00AM?
