Well Ming I think people can see from your own posts on this very thread precisely why your moderation of the OT is becoming a problem (problems we don't have with Mleonard). And since you obviously get your rocks off crusading against what you consider spam (to hell with the faq) in your super net nanny tutu; and since you also so obviously enjoy pressing my buttons by deleting my threads without explanation (your explanation of why you didn't send a warning by private mail is so patently lame), I'm not going to titilate you further by carrying on this infantile argument

My take is if the Horse's threads were bad, they should sink back faster than a rock. If they aren't, people might actually want to continue some sort of serious discussion.

Only if these threads do indeed turn into spam threads do they deserve removal.

If it was such an interesting thread, why did it drop to page 3 in the first place. You had plenty of opportunites to respond to it before it had dropped that low. Now granted, you claim you were busy with your sick children, which is expected... but that didn't stop you from posting to other threads and starting other new ones.

On one I was trying to give some of my chemistry advice to MWHC, and the other one we were discussing the likelihood of survivors on the Kursk...is there any need for these somewhat 'unnecessary' deletions...
