Archival Question
I am wondering who gets to decide what theads to archive. While I am at it, could somebody please archive the Civ3 Espionage Screen? It seems a rather important discussion on how to reduce micromanagement.

Now Mark, wouldn't you want someone to keep up with the archival work in the S&D? Someone who visits often. Someone who has been there for a while? Someone looking for a title?
