Quotes while you wait

I have raised this before elsewhere but this seems to be the more directly appropriate forum. I'm one of those (few/many?) who have a slow ISP connection and have the privilege of reading the edifying thoughts of Shakespeare and Magellan when posting and editing. Can we not have regular refreshes of new quotes to entertain and awe-inspire us while we wait those tantalising few seconds? I'll be happy to supply a starting stock culled from the Internet sources.

Edit: Have you anticipated this? It was Sun Tzu's wisdom that I saw before me then?

yes. it's only Sun Tzu, Shakespear and Magellan. why not additional quotes by Da Vinci, Darwin and SETI

they could be random-arranged. what do you think about that?
