Private Messages!

Unless there is an error somewhere, you can now send private messages to another registered member of the forums.

On new threads and on threads that get replies as of now, there will be a PM icon among the other icons for each poster(profile, etc)
Clicking on it will send you to the "Send PM" screen.

On the front page you can see if you have new messages

Go ahead, test it out!

and yes, I do know that the pm icon is not lined up 100% with the other icons...

also, the "who's online" summaries on the main forum page and separate forum pages now show all the registered members who are online, with links to send a private message to them...

but that's nothing compared to our ability to see your passwords

Hmmm...I see that when you go to the private messages screen, you see in the address bar: &password=*****

Is that really nessecary, Mark??

It means that when you post from public places, your security is somewhat compromised.

And the location and title does not display under the name - it's still Civer.
