Unfortunately the instance w/Dracon was a while back, hence all with the yes are archived, but all the archived threads say are Civer/Junior Civer...

Underlined titles are part of a UBB Hack. Sometimes, it messes up a little bit and starts handing out titles at random to some ppl

I was doing a little detective work and found that the yes for Paul kicked in on May 26. http://apolyton.net/forums/Forum23/HTML/012984.html <-- This is the earliest recorded occurance.

This was a temporary problem as the result of something I was working on in UBB.

This should now be corrected.
