This may or may not have been the original question but:

Can you request that a funny thread be archived so that it is not eventually lost as time goes by?

If you can, then can I reccomend sammyboy's "markg has x times as many posts as danq"? It's not great, but it's worth keeping too.

1) when we archive threads, we archive everything, with the excpeption of the S&D and OT. Especially in OT there is a lot of deletion

2) In the Apolyton forum we have yet to archive anything

If you want a thread in the OTF archived, just send me an email. But remember, once it is archived, you can no longer post to it.

So once a thread stays off the front page for a while, send me a note, and I will save it for historical purposes
