as it is an abriviation, I don't see your problem? And as you might have recognised it is AD and ADs would just look stupid.

1. Apostrophes are to indicate possession or contraction only. Period.
2. "Ad" is a word, not an abbreviation.

Even in the very liberal world of advertising, you would not see this construction (from a professional).

Acceptable:

ADs

Since this is in the for of a banner/headline, the 2nd choice is preferred.

OK, OK...just looked it up: Ad is a synonym (sp?) of advertisment.

But the main reason why I used ad's, the other way looks funny......but never mind, to please you I'll change
