How about 'resident' for those 10000+ posters

then again, we could look into giving the "cooler" inmate and lifer badges as options
I like 'Supporter' over 'Inmate' or 'Lifer'...though 'Lifer' isn't bad.

Ya, I'm leaning towards "Inmate" and "lifer." Good idea Jamski!

"Inmate", "Lifer"? That makes this place sound like some sort of punishment place. Might as well add "Death Row" to it as well, while you're at it.

I like "Subscriber", it's basic and carries the right meaning.

                  How about "Honored Member"
                  or "Subscriber"

but I think that "patron" would be best!

                  or a custom title?

But aren't we all just prisoners of Apolyton? People try to leave...but they come back. They always come back.

Using DC's line of thought, what about Supporter and Patron?

Inmate & lifer sound good but do the other suggestions.

anyway, don't really care too much about it.

Patron is a bit upity don't you think. This is not the opera.

                          How about "groupy" and "lifer"??

Groupy, in the sense that, we assume some special status for ourselves just because we PAY to follow the band around. Lifer speaks for itself.

No it's not. In civilised countries patron refers to people utilising services (e.g. if you are shopping at a supermarket they refer to you as a patron, and if you're at a pub they often refer to you as a patron).
