  • New Contact System

We've installed a new system for your communication with us.

Instead of direct mail, this page will be used

    The system allows for
    - storage of all messages in a database
    - tracking messages via a unique id number
    - easier way for us to see which member of the team responded to which message and which messages are unanswered
    - integration of all communication (general issues, forum reports, account problems, news reporting) to one system

All of the above is mainly for us, but this will actually mean that we'll be able to respond faster to mails. For users, practically the only change is that instead of mailing us, you'll be using this form. You'll recieve our reply to the mail that you will put in the form.

    Looking forward to your feedback

Ooh, it even puts my username and e-mail in automatically. Very nice. Maybe I should come up with something to whine about, just to test out the form.

        Code:
Parse error: parse error, expecting `'('' in /home/apolyton/public_html/about/contact.php on line 37
        That's what I get

              Nifty. Works fine so far.

Are we testing the form fully (despite having nothing to complain about) or are we leaving that testing to whoever does have complaints?
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Just thought I might mention it, but this thing comes WITH a FAQ

                      Read it people...

Issue resolved and everything is fine and dandy!

The FAQ is a link to the whole sites FAQ, not a specific FAQ for b*tching related topics.
