8 deities after all these years, and suddenly 9 more will be in the next few months.

GF needs to add a "rise of the young gods" to his mythology.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?

Indeed. After the Finnish takeover, now follows the Belgian takeover.

Think how high your post count could be if you came back to GS!

BTW, in the process of running your team into the ground in our PBEM anyone.

                    Hmm, well sort off

Although I very much doubt you'll find many non-flemish Belgian posters/members here.
                    it's the language you see...

No problem, I don't think I would have continued anyway - not enough time - and after my clean install (this weekend) I very doubt I will reinstall Civ3

Yeah, I figure the old fogies will be the Elder Gods, but haven't come up with a good name to give the younger group.

Young Ones? The Spamtheon with their ascension harkening in the Age of Spam?

The Young Ones sounds so 80's. Plus then you could only have four.

Something along the lines of usurpers.

How about a list per country
Is God willing to prevent evil, but not able? Then he is not omnipotent. Is he able, but not willing? Then he is malevolent. Is he both able and willing? Then whence cometh evil? Is he neither able nor willing?
